The role ⚡

📍 London (Hybrid) | 🤝 3 days in the office | 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer in our Product Design team. As we move beyond a single product to a multi-product experience, we are looking for strong craft and vision to define our newly created design language.

• Lead end-to-end design projects, tailoring your approach to the challenge at hand. You know when to run a full sprint and when to just sketch and ship

• Create elegant, systematic UI and maintain our design systems. You’ll take ideas from scribbles on a whiteboard to high-fidelity, production-ready interfaces

• Use diagrams, user flows, and wireframes to untangle complex problems. You’ll ensure every pixel pushes both user needs and business goals forward

• Work side-by-side with PMs, Analysts, and Engineers. We don't work in silos here

• Plan and conduct user research/testing to validate your hypotheses. You’ll be the voice of the customer in every room

• Pitch your ideas effectively and help mentor the wider team on design best practices

• Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day

What we’re looking for 🌱

• Native Mobile Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of native platform design patterns and UI. You know when to leverage common patterns and when to innovate.

• You have a portfolio that proves you can take a vague problem and turn it into a shipped native product.

• You are comfortable with Lean UX and moving fast. You treat process as a toolkit, not a checklist—adapting your methods to deliver value without getting bogged down.

• You know your way around a Design System and can produce UI that is scalable and consistent across both web and native environments.

• You are efficient, organized, and capable of building interactive, high-fidelity prototypes that accurately represent native transitions and interactions.

• You are a full-stack designer. You have a deep command of UX methodology and interaction patterns. Crucially, you have the visual skill to translate robust solutions into elegant, appealing UI that thrives on small screens.

• You can articulate the why behind your design decisions—including why a specific native pattern was chosen over a generic one—to stakeholders and engineers alike
