The role ⚡

📍 London (Hybrid) | 🤝 2 days in the office | 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits

You’ll make a real difference for our customers and your team from day one. We believe the fastest way to grow is by doing, so we give you the ownership to run with things and see real-time results.

• Supporting our drive towards being an AI native business, including everything from responsible use of MCP, working on hosting of in house AI technologies, to safe enablement of AI for low-code users

• Owning initiatives alongside Leads and Managers, working to plan and communicate, as well as deliver for high impact

• Making decisions that keep our Cloud Platform secure, cost effective, & resilient for our customers

• Supporting low infrastructure experience engineers to be self sufficient through support, mentoring and evangelism

What we’re looking for 🌱

We value deep expertise, but a growth mindset and good energy are what really make our team click. We’re a group that chooses to lift each other up and think smart every day.

• Mature AI outlook with solid experience in using (personal projects are fine!) and an understanding of how best it can deliver value

• Experience working with AI infrastructure concepts such as MCP, remote agents, as well as tooling like AWS Bedrock

• Passion for modern software development principles and empowered, self sufficient, high performance, product teams

Skills we’d love to see:

• A background in or good exposure to product engineering
