The role:
As a Customer Success Director, you will lead the implementation of digital transformation projects by organizing work and delivering service to customers, accomplishing sales, operational revenue, profit goals and objectives, focusing on customer experience, and managing people and projects in order to achieve excellence and success.
What you’ll do:
- Organize work and deliver services to clients that position Galileo / Technisys as a global leader in client experience and service delivery.
- Build strong executive and vertical relationships with Galileo / Technisys clients.
- Build scalability to handle customer growth by leading a profitable and efficient delivery and a world-class client experience.
- Develop and accomplish sales and operational revenue and profit goals and objectives to achieve Technisys’ strategic plan.
- Build strong, open and honest relationships with all Galileo / Technisys team members.
- Collaborate with peers to implement best and next practices and pioneer leading operational excellence.
- Contribute to building Galileo/ Technisys brand and reputation across the region’s landscape.
- Lead, coach and develop teams, bringing energy and passion for the business.
- Contribute to the recruiting, hiring and development of top industry talent.
What you’ll need:
- IT knowledge and technology trends.
- Digital Banking/Fintech knowledge.
- +5 years experience in software package implementation.
- Fluent in English.
- Lean Agile project management.
- Customer management and account planning.
- Business results-oriented mindset.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Decision-making, critical thinking, and adaptability.
