The role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level People Business Partner (PBP) to join the People team. The ideal candidate will support senior PBPs by driving data and metrics, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and providing valuable insights through data analysis

What you’ll do:

  • Support PBPs in their day-to-day responsibilities, including project management and strategy execution.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR documents.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics such as employee engagement, turnover rates, and performance.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics for senior leadership.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Assist in the performance review process by collecting and organizing performance data.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or similar role
  • Proficiency and Fluency in oral and written English.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data and metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Team player with a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
