This is a temporary role for 6 months.

The role:

We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner (PBP) to join our People team. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management, driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals. This role is key in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring that our people practices support the organization’s growth and success

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders on HR matters, providing insights and recommendations to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that promote organizational effectiveness and enhance employee engagement across the company.
  • Be involved in succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing, to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Support performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing managers with guidance and resources.
  • Drive engagement programs and surveys, assisting managers in developing targeted action plans to address identified areas for improvement.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolutions.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, while analyzing attrition data to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimize employee retention.
  • Contribute to organizational development initiatives, such as change management efforts and culture enhancement programs, to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee internal employee movements, offering guidance on career development, promotions, and succession planning to ensure effective talent mobility.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights and trends, sharing this information with leaders to support data-driven.
  • Collaborate with management on performance issues, supporting the creation and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and coaching processes to drive individual and team success.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner or similar role.
  • Fluency in oral and written English.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive change.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in HR data and metrics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software tools.
