As the Office Manager, you will work 25 hours a week split equally for 5 days at the office as your role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing administrative duties, coordinating office events, and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere. There is some flexibility to work from home on Fridays.

As the Office Manager, you will have sole responsibility for all office operations, adeptly managing administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning. Your responsibilities will encompass initiatives focused on enhancing office efficiency and boosting employee satisfaction. You will be playing a pivotal role in shaping the office culture and fostering a positive work environment conducive to collaboration, innovation, and growth. Collaboration with Leadership and HR Teams will be essential as you support implementing policies and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Embracing technology to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency. Your ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the office will be crucial. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement will be key to your success in this role.

The full time salary for this role is £40,000 per annum. It will be pro-rated for the 25 hours per week.
