Job description

• Help the CEO and founders to develop, maintain, and evaluates the company's strategic plans and corporate governance, including set the annual and long-term goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and objectives and key results (OKRs), to help the company achieve the next key milestones (i.e. the next Fundraising Series A, etc.)
• Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats to the company's success.
• Help the CEO to prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business performance reports and other business related reports and proposals for investors.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop business plans and strategic initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Help the CEO and founders to facilitate and lead strategic planning meetings with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, business leaders, investors, and board members.
• Help the CEO and founders to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support the strategic planning process.
• Identify risks and opportunities that could impact the company's strategic goals and develop contingency plans to address them.
• Lead the initiation of strategic projects/initiatives to drive business growth and innovation (i.e. new market expansion, new category expansion, technology adoption, etc.)
• Help the CEO to prepare all the necessary documents (i.e. the legal, financial, and due diligence process) to finish the fundraising transactions with the investors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate planning & strategy development (having experience in FMCG or consulting is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficient in English is a must
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Willing to work from our office (BSD, Tanggerang)
