Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to promote our personal care products.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage budgets for KOL partnerships and ensure cost-effective strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, influencer activities, and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Manager, or similar role within the personal care or beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends.
• Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to develop creative and effective influencer campaigns.
