Job Description:

  • Plan & execute market research initiative to identify consumer trends and behavior. This may involve designing and executing surveys, focus groups, and other research studies to gather data (mainly but not limited to qualitative research) and working together with market research agency (Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos, etc)
  • Analyze & interpret large amounts of data and develop key insights and actionable recommendations for the company. This includes analyzing sales data, market research data, and consumer feedback to identify patterns and trends.
  • Provide insights to product development team including identifying unmet consumer needs and developing recommendations for new products or improving existing ones.
  • Develop detailed consumer profiles/persona based on research and data analysis. This includes identifying consumer demographics, behavior patterns, motivations, and preferences.
  • Recommend effective marketing strategies based on consumer insights and research data to target the company's desired audience. This includes developing messaging, promotional activities, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development, to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Create reports that are tailored to the target audience, ensuring that the report's messaging and visualizations resonate with stakeholders' interests and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Poses at least a bachelor degree in any major
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience ideally with a background in research / analytics (having experience in market research agency is preferable)
  • Have experience interviewing mom.
  • Know how to design and execute a research plan that can give impact to business decisions
  • Having Analytically minded and data driven oriented
  • Familiarity with data processing tools is good to have
  • Have a proven experience in conducting market research or consumer research
  • Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang Selatan (Full WFO)
