• Minimum 2 years work experience as Product Development Manager in FMCG industry (especially both of food and skincare).
• Have experience handle skincare and food product is a must.
• Have project management and good communication skills.

Job Description:

• Create and manage documentation to support the product development process, ensuring all stages and gates are clearly defined and adhered to.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines for new product development initiatives, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Regularly update project timelines and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Track project progress and implement corrective actions to address any delays or issues.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses to evaluate the feasibility and potential return on investment for new product ideas.
• Prepare and present financial feasibility reports to senior management, including cost estimates, pricing strategies, and profit projections.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and realistic financial planning.
• Work with marketing, sales, production, and R&D teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all departments involved in the product development process.
• Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to identify new product opportunities and trends.
• Analyze competitor products and market dynamics to inform product development strategies.
• Ensure all new products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any product quality issues during development and post-launch.
