Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between online sales efforts and overall business goals.
  • Identify target audience segments, analyze market trends, and refine online sales approaches accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace performance, conversion rates, traffic, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Manage online sales platforms and partnerships, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and feedback to continuously refine online sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and guide strategic improvements in online sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliates to expand brand visibility and reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in online sales and e-commerce.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in online sales in the personal care or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
  • Proficiency in managing online sales platforms and understanding current e-commerce trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to market and technological changes.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate online sales performance and devise improvement strategies.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate online sales teams to achieve set sales targets.
  • Creativity in designing and executing online marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive sales.
  • Willing to WFO from BSD.
