Gently are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Controller Assistant Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This role will support the Finance Controller in overseeing financial activities, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to strategic financial decisions.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in finance or accounting.
• Have experience in FMCG industry min 3 years (is a must).
• Have Minimal 5 years of experience as a Business/Commercial Controller/Cost Controller/Budget Controller/Finance Controller.
• Proven experience in a similar role or supervisor level.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (ERP System, Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Placement in BSD Tangerang Selatan (Full WFO).

Job Description:

• Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and manage budget performance and prepare periodic reports for management review.
• Review Trade Spending and Marketing Budget including Trade Claim from Distributor/Accounts
• Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support strategic financial planning initiatives to align with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function (Commercial Budget System)
