Requirement:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university is a must.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience working in Skincare/Personal Care Industry (is a must).
• Proven legal counselling experience
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedure.
• Understand reviewing legal documents/agreements/PKS/MOU with toll manufacture/suppliers.
• Understand reviewing legal documents/agreements/PKS/MOU with KOL/marketing vendors.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English and Indonesian language.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibility:

• Assist founders with legal due diligence for fundraising.
• Responsible in providing legal advice and assistance to related function, particularly with respect to product development (policy and product related documents), product distribution agreement (with distributor/general trade, modern trade, reseller, etc), financial agreements, marketing communication and CSR related agreement, third-party agreement, agency and corporate business related
• Manage Standard Operational Procedures of Corporate Legal function
• Assist to reviewing and finalising day to day operation agreements, project-related contracts and other legal documents for execution
• Act as corporate document repository which encompassing keeping and managing documentation of various executed agreement
• Conduct research on various legal and administrative issues
• Communicate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with external parties (legal vendors or third parties)
• Manage documents and legal database
