We are looking for a Commercial Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and sales data to support decision-making across the organization. This role will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure data-driven insights are provided, enabling precise, actionable strategies.
The Commercial Data Analyst will create and maintain dashboards, visual reports, and data-driven insights that evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, sales activities, and overall business performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a commercial, marketing, or sales setting.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Excel).
- Experience with CRM systems and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Integration: Gather, integrate, and validate data from both the marketing and sales divisions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics related to marketing campaigns, sales performance, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and visual reports using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for marketing and sales effectiveness.
- Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to optimize marketing and sales activities and support leadership in decision-making.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, sales targets, and other commercial activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and other departments to ensure data transparency and to streamline reporting processes.
- Trend Analysis: Identify emerging market trends and customer behavior patterns through data analysis and make proactive recommendations.
- Data Management: Ensure data security, governance, and best practices for managing commercial data.
