Requirements:

• Currently in the final year of university. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Available for 6 months period of paid internship
• Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Knowledge of social media trends and best practices is a plus
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with the brand's persona and guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian. Ability to effectively convey messages and interact with the audience.
• Willing to work from our office (BSD, Tangerang)

Responsibility:

• Assist in developing the social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences and key messages for Instagram and Tiktok
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and photographers to develop engaging visual and written content for social media
• Upload and schedule daily posts on social media platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to content calendar and posting guidelines.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from the audience in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and events, aligning with the overall marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and stay updated on best practices.
• Assist in analyzing social media metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
