Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from any major
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in skincare industry is a must
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task & work in a dynamic environment.
• Good network with influencers
• Proficient in Bahasa and English (is a plus)

Job Description:

• Assist the marketing manager in creating and executing strategies for KOL
• Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
• Reach and build KOL networks that are relevant with our brand positioning.
• Manage end-to-end KOL marketing projects from ideation, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure every KOL contract terms and conditions align with our business interest.
• Create a KOL brief that can effectively deliver our brand’s key messages to the target audience as expectedly.
• Make sure every KOL's requests can be catered along with our business objectives.
• Track KOL effectiveness & content performance or GMV can be tracked on weekly & monthly basis.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and areas for development on KOL.
