Requirements:

  • Poses at least a bachelor degree in any major
  • At least 1 years of work experience ideally with a background in research / analytics (having experience in research agency is preferable)
  • Know how to design and execute a research plan that can give impact to business decisions
  • Having Analytically minded and data driven oriented
  • Have the ability to present market research report and their findings in a visually appealing and engaging way that helps stakeholders understand the key takeaways and recommendations. Strong Capability of deriving insights from a number of data sources and connecting the dots
  • Have a proven experience in conducting market research or consumer research
  • Willing to relocated to BSD, Tangerang Selatan (full WFO)

Job Description:

  • Plan & execute market research initiative to identify consumer trends and behavior. This may involve designing and executing surveys, focus groups, and other research studies to gather data (mainly but not limited to qualitative research).
  • Analyze & interpret large amounts of data and develop key insights and actionable recommendations for the company.
  • Provide insights to product development team including identifying unmet consumer needs and developing recommendations for new products or improving existing ones.
  • Develop detailed consumer profiles/persona based on research and data analysis. This includes identifying consumer demographics, behavior patterns, motivations, and preferences.
  • Recommend effective marketing strategies based on consumer insights and research data to target the company's desired audience. This includes developing messaging, promotional activities, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development, to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Create reports that are tailored to the target audience, ensuring that the report's messaging and visualizations resonate with stakeholders' interests and priorities.
