Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing online orders, including order verification and shipping.
  • Monitoring stock on hand and assist in replenishment on marketplace.
  • Assist in updating product listings, prices, and promotions on the ecommerce platform.
  • Execute the marketing team to support ecommerce promotional activities and campaigns through Ecommerce Key Account Management.
  • Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and generate reports as needed.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to the ecommerce platform
  • Having customer service experience is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Currently in the final year of university. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferably : business, marketing, operations management, or a related field)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Available for 3 months period of paid internship
  • Willing to work from our office (BSD, Tanggerang)
