Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create compelling content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang Selatan (Full WFO)

Job description

• Develop and execute weekly content plans across all social media platforms
• Optimise Gently's social media presence to enhance engagement and reach
• Direct the daily creation of diverse content, including engaging videos, and compelling copywriting
• Collaborate closely with creative designers to ensure visually stunning and informative content
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and user interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
