About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Trade Marketing Executive to execute trade marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, product availability, and sell-out performance at the point of sale. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to implement in-store activities, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analytics tools.
- Familiarity with retail environments and customer behavior.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute trade marketing programs and campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer needs and align trade initiatives to support sell-in and sell-out performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for production and deployment of promotional materials (POSM, display units, signage, etc.).
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade programs, collecting feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure program execution and collect competitor insights.
- Support merchandising guidelines and ensure proper implementation across retail channels (modern trade, traditional trade, general trade, etc.).
- Analyze sell-out data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Train and support the field sales team with tools, campaign knowledge, and merchandising best practices.
