Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, finance, or founder’s office roles
- Experience in high-growth companies, start ups, or cross-functional project leadership is a plus
- Proficiency in financial modelling, strategic planning, and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus (preferable from reputable university)
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Support the Founder in developing and refining the company’s growth strategy
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and research to identify strategic opportunities
- Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives and performance KPIs
2. Business Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze company-wide performance (financial, commercial, operational)
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement
- Propose and track business optimization plans in collaboration with other leaders
3. Planning & Forecasting
- Assist in building company-wide annual plans and budgets
- Maintain and update rolling forecasts in collaboration with finance and commercial teams
- Ensure alignment between strategic goals and resource allocation
4. Project Management Office (PMO)
- Act as project manager or coordinator for high-priority, cross-functional initiatives
- Lead ad hoc corporate development or digitalization projects (e.g., system upgrades, new market entries)
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of results
5. Founder Support
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and sounding board to the Founder
- Prepare board materials, investor updates, and internal presentations
- Support special projects and confidential assignments
