As Social Media Lead, you will be the brain and voice behind GENTLY’s presence across platforms. You will lead the content strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond — crafting stories that resonate with mothers as humans. You’ll collaborate across brand, creative, community, and product teams to build engaging, empathetic, and impactful content.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a preferably in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field (from reputable university is preferable).
  • 3–5 years experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing, preferably in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
  • Creative and curious — always looking to explore new angles and formats.
  • Proven track record in growing engagement and building online communities organically.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok content ecosystems.
  • Familiar with tools like Meta Suite, TikTok Analytics, Notion, Google Sheets, Canva/CapCut (AI tools is a plus).
  • Highly organized, hands-on, and proactive.
  • Willing relocate to BSD, Tangerang Selatan

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute monthly content plans tailored to each platform (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Drive content pillars that focus on engagement, awareness, education, and emotional resonance with our audience.
  • Ensure all content aligns with GENTLY’s tone: warm, real, supportive, and smart.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the social media team, including copywriters, designers, video editors, and content creators.
  • Build scalable systems and workflows for smoother campaign execution.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report content performance weekly/monthly.
  • Use insights (engagement rate, saves, reach, sentiment) to improve future content and strategy.
  • Stay ahead of trends and adapt them in a way that fits our brand and audience.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Community, Brand, and Product teams to support campaigns and launches.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with KOLs, creators, and partners when needed.
