Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Affiliate Specialist or a similar role (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Strong communication skills, quick response, negotiation skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Detail-oriented, able to work with basic data in Excel, and familiar with affiliate tools.
• Enjoy interacting with users and providing daily support with a user-focused mindset.
• Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding different audience segments.
• Creative and proactive in identifying content trends and proposing new ideas.
• Honest, warm, and personable personality.

Job Description

• Responsible for finding, negotiating, and building partnerships with affiliates relevant to Gently’s products.
• Maintain good relationships and clear communication to support long-term collaboration.
• Create scripts and affiliate guidelines as references for campaign execution.
• Manage administrative tasks, including payments, content tracking, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate recording and timely delivery of products.
• Set up live flash sale promotions with affiliates to increase sales performance.
