Qualifications:

• Poses at least a bachelor degree in any major
• Have good knowledge of mom & baby industry in general
• At least 2-3 years of work experience ideally with a background in research / analytics (having experience in market research agency is preferable)
• Have experience in qualitative & quantitative research
• Having Analytically minded and data driven oriented
• Familiarity with data processing tools is good to have
• Familiarity with questionnaire tool (Google form, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, etc) is good to have
• Have a proven experience in conducting market research or consumer research
• Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang Selatan (Full WFO)

Job Description:

• Plan & execute market research initiative to identify consumer trends and behavior. This may involve designing and executing surveys, focus groups, and other research studies to gather data (mainly but not limited to qualitative research) and working together with market research agency (Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos, etc)
• Together with Product Development team, conducting product test to new products and development to internal and or external panel
• Provide insights to the product development team including identifying unmet consumer needs and developing recommendations for new products or improving existing ones.
• Conduct research both qualitative (FGD, IDI, etc) and quantitative (survey) to identify consumer needs and possible improvement opportunities
