Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (E-commerce Operations / Online Marketplace).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data processing & reporting).
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and their features (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.).
• Strong ability to manage day-to-day operations and ensure accuracy.
• Open to placement in BSD.

Job Description:

• Product Management

Updating product details, images, and pricing on each platform.

• Sales Reporting

Preparing sales reports to be uploaded to internal system.

• General Administrative Tasks

Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.

• New Affiliate Onboarding & Engagement

Handling communication with affiliates, responding to inquiries, and managing program-related updates.

• Affiliate Tool and Resource Provision

Providing affiliates with the necessary tools and resources, such as banners, links, and promotional materials (sample product).

• Affiliate special promotion setting.
