About The Role

MIS Analyst are the crucial link between our core operational systems and business decision-makers. In this role, you will take ownership of data quality within our Odoo ERP, manage the routine data pipelines that feed our analytics, and ensure our Looker Studio dashboards are accurate and available every morning.

This is not a data science role; this is an operational data management role. You will liberate senior team members from daily reporting tasks, functioning as the gatekeeper of data integrity. If you have an "eagle eye" for numerical errors and take pride in systems that run like clockwork, this is your platform.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years in an MIS, Data Analyst, or ERP support role, preferably within FMCG or Manufacturing.
• ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience managing data within an ERP system. (Odoo experience is a major plus; SAP/NetSuite acceptable with willingness to learn).
• SQL Skills: Strong ability to write SQL queries to validate data, join tables, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Visualization: Proficiency with Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).

• Detail-Obsessed: You spot the one wrong number in a spreadsheet of thousands.
• Operational: You understand that a dashboard is useless if it isn't updated by 8:00 AM.

What You Will Do

1. ERP Data Stewardship (Odoo Focus):

• Act as the primary gatekeeper for data integrity within Odoo ERP across Sales, Inventory, and Procurement modules.
• Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies between physical inventory and Odoo system records.
• Collaborate with department heads to enforce standardized data entry processes to prevent bad data at the source.

2. Reporting & Visualization Operations:

• Take full ownership of existing Looker Studio dashboards, ensuring daily freshness and accuracy.
• Build new, standardized operational reports based on requirements from Finance and Sales teams.
• Troubleshoot reporting errors quickly (SQL connection breaks, formula errors) to minimize downtime for business users.

3. Data Pipeline Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain existing data pipelines (KNIME/ETL tools), ensuring successful daily execution.
• Perform basic modifications to workflows to accommodate minor changes in business logic or data structures.
• Identify manual data entry bottlenecks and propose automation solutions.
