About Gently

Gently is a fast-growing personal care brand for babies and kids, built on gentle formulas, meaningful efficacy, and a mission to support healthier lifestyles for Indonesian families. As our e-commerce business continues to expand, we’re looking for an E-commerce Key Account Intern who is organized, analytical, and eager to learn about the marketplace ecosystem. This role will support the team in managing key marketplace accounts, assisting with campaign execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major, preferably Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, marketplace operations, and online sales.
  • Basic understanding of the marketplace ecosystem (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with the ability to work with data and reports.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and marketplace partners.
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for basic tracking and reporting (VLOOKUP, IF Function, PIVOT).
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

1️⃣ Account Management

  • Manage relationships with key online platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
  • Handle negotiations for campaigns, visibility placements, and promotional programs.
  • Ensure strong collaboration with platform PICs and internal teams.

2️⃣ Sales & Growth Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and annual online sales targets.
  • Monitor sell-out performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Drive GMV growth while maintaining margin control.

3️⃣ Campaign & Promotion Execution

  • Plan and execute mega campaigns (double date, payday, Ramadan, etc.).
  • Manage vouchers, bundles, rebates, and promotional mechanics within budget.
  • Optimize ROI for ads and platform investments.

4️⃣ Assortment & Product Management

  • Ensure proper SKU listing, content optimization, and stock availability.
  • Lead new product launches (NPD) in online channels.
  • Identify hero SKUs and push visibility strategy.

5️⃣ Data & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales data, AOV, conversion rate, traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Recommend actions based on performance insights.
