• Enjoy writing and able to turn ideas, opinions, or daily moments into engaging, relatable Threads
• Up-to-date with trends, internet culture, and conversation topics
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage time, stay consistent with content, and open to feedback
• Willing to work from our office (BSD, Tangerang)

What You Will Do

• Create and manage content for proxy accounts on Threads, aligned with brand tone and objectives
• Develop engaging Threads (storytelling, opinion-based, or educational content) to drive conversations and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and key messaging
• Research daily trends, viral topics, and audience behavior to optimize content performance
• Execute content based on the marketing calendar and real-time opportunities (trend hijacking)
• Monitor engagement (comments, shares, saves) and actively interact with the audience when needed
• Analyze content performance (views, engagement, growth) and provide insights for improvement
• Ensure consistency in posting and content quality across all proxy accounts
• Support experimentation with new content formats to drive growth and virality
