About the Role
We are looking for an active, detail-oriented, and highly organized Ecommerce Admin Support to help manage daily operations across our e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will support product updates, coordinate with internal teams, monitor store performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations to deliver the best online shopping experience. What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Have internship or working experience in a similar e-commerce role/project for at least 3 months.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must.
- Familiar with marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a structured manner.
- Active, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work full WFO in BSD area.
What You Will Do
- Manage and monitor daily e-commerce operations across marketplace and website platforms.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, email, and related platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.
- Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and promotional materials on e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure online store appearance remains optimized and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints in accordance with company procedures.
- Support the execution of e-commerce campaigns and promotional activities.
- Identify operational issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and company SOPs.
