About the Role

We are looking for a Live Streaming Operator Intern who is tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented to support our live commerce activities across marketplace platforms. This role will work closely with the host and e-commerce team to ensure each live session runs smoothly, remains engaging, and helps drive sales performance.

• Familiar with marketplace platforms and social media; experience with TikTok Shop or Shopee is a plus.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using laptops, gadgets, marketplace dashboards, and digital tools.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to multitask during live sessions.
• Good communication skills and able to coordinate well with the host and team.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
• Interested in e-commerce, digital content, and live commerce.

What You Will Do

• Operate marketplace live streaming sessions from a technical and operational side.
• Support the host during live sessions, including pinning products, updating vouchers, managing flash sales, and ensuring product stock is updated properly.
• Monitor live streaming performance in real time, including viewers, engagement, click-through rate (CTR), and sales.
• Ensure all live streaming setup runs smoothly before and during each session, including audio, lighting, camera, internet connection, and product display.
• Execute campaigns, promotional gimmicks, and interactive activities during live sessions to keep the audience engaged.
• Respond to audience questions and help increase interaction through live chat.
