About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels to drive customer acquisition and business growth. You will analyze campaign performance, manage media budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop data-driven strategies to maximize marketing effectiveness while supporting and mentoring junior team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Buying, or a similar role.
- Proficient in digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion) and customer journey mapping.
- Proven experience in managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns to achieve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPV, and other key performance indicators.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Hands-on experience conducting A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, pixel/tracking implementation, conversion events, and attribution models.
- Experienced in collaborating with creative teams to develop effective advertising content and campaigns.
- Experience working with KOLs/KOCs is a plus.
- Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven work environment.
What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital marketing channels.
- Develop and execute media buying strategies across the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, and conversion) while ensuring efficient budget allocation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis, providing actionable insights based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPV, CTR, and Engagement Rate.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to develop effective ad copy, visuals, and content formats tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct systematic A/B testing to improve campaign performance and maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with KOLs/KOCs and evaluate the performance of paid versus organic content initiatives.
- Recommend and implement retargeting strategies and audience segmentation based on user behavior and campaign data.
- Coordinate with Brand and Product teams to ensure alignment between paid media campaigns and broader marketing initiatives.
- Mentor, guide, and develop the capabilities of 1–2 junior team members to support their professional growth and performance.
