About the Role

We are currently looking for a Brand Manager Wellness to lead the growth of our wellness category by building strong brands, launching impactful products, and creating meaningful consumer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferably from a reputable university.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management within the wellness, health, nutrition, supplements, consumer healthcare, personal care, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and integrated marketing.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate consumer insights into business opportunities.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience managing multiple campaigns and product initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Regulatory, Sales, Creative, and Digital Marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, influencer marketing, CRM, and performance marketing.
  • Experience launching new products and scaling brands is highly preferred.
  • Passion for wellness, preventive health, and consumer lifestyle trends.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to be based in BSD, Tangerang.
  • Experience in the wellness, health, nutrition, supplements, consumer healthcare, personal care, or FMCG industry.

What You Will Do

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute long-term brand strategies to drive sustainable growth for the wellness category. Define brand positioning, target consumers, value propositions, and growth priorities aligned with business objectives.
  • Consumer & Market Insights: Continuously analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging wellness opportunities. Translate insights into actionable strategies for innovation, communication, and business growth.
  • Product & Innovation: Partner closely with Product Development, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to identify market opportunities, develop new wellness products, and manage the end-to-end product innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, KOLs, community marketing, PR, CRM, and performance marketing to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Product Launches: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, launch plans, promotional activities, and post-launch performance evaluation.
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and build strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, wellness experts, fitness communities, lifestyle brands, and influencers to strengthen brand credibility, expand reach, and create meaningful consumer engagement.
  • Performance & Business Analysis: Track and analyze key business and brand performance metrics such as sales, market share, campaign effectiveness, brand health, consumer engagement, and ROI. Generate actionable recommendations to accelerate category growth.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure flawless execution of brand initiatives and achievement of commercial targets.
