As our e-commerce business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Ecommerce Key Account Intern who is organized, analytical, and eager to learn how marketplace operations and commercial strategies drive business growth.

What We're Looking Fo

• rCurrently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, E-commerce, or a related field
• .Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, and data organization)
• .Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• .Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• .Good communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• .Interested in e-commerce, marketplace operations, sales, and digital business
• .Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

What You Will

• DoSupport the day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia), ensuring product listings and store activities run smoothl
• y.Assist in setting up promotional campaigns, vouchers, flash sales, bundles, and pricing updates across marketplace platform
• s.Monitor product availability and stock levels, and coordinate with internal teams to help ensure products remain available for sal
• e.Maintain and update product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional asset
• s.Support sales tracking, campaign performance reporting, and data analysis using Microsoft Exce
• l.Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, marketplace trends, and competitor activitie
• s.Collaborate with the Marketing, Supply Chain, and Creative teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with business objective
• s.Support general administrative tasks related to marketplace and key account operation
