Who we’re looking for:

We're searching for a strategic B2B product marketing leader with a proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market plans. You'll not only become the expert on both Gloat's buyer persona and our products, but also masterfully translate that knowledge into compelling messaging, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. This ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in enterprise B2B product marketing, a proven track record of successful product launches, a deep understanding of the HR buyer, and experience building and leading a product marketing function within a fast-growing organization.

This high-impact, high-visibility role reports directly to the CMO. You'll wear two hats: product marketing subject matter expert (internally and externally) and cross-functional collaborator, working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver business-driving initiatives.

  • Demand Gen Powerhouse: Work closely with the Demand Generation team to drive pipeline through impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement Expert: Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to equip the sales team to effectively communicate Gloat's value proposition.
  • Product Visionary: Partner with the Product team to identify customer needs and sharpen product offerings based on feedback and competitive analysis.

  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience in the tech sector, ideally SaaS.
  • Experience in leadership roles, managing and motivating a team, and working with content marketing, field marketing, and event marketing.
  • Deep understanding of large enterprise buyers (10K+ employees) and the HR buyer landscape.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions (Product, B2B Sales) to create winning GTM strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience working with international buyers and globally-dispersed teams.
  • A track record of successful product launches and feature releases.
  • Experience collaborating with Design and Copy teams; exceptional Design and Copywriting skills a plus.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and the ability to translate complex features into clear customer benefits.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
