About Skyscanner

Everyone loves travelling, but planning is not without its challenges ✈️. That's why we've spent 20 years building tools that turn travel-planning chaos into a breeze. Today, around 160 million travellers count on us every month to skip the whole “47 browser tabs open” phase and find flights, cars, and hotels quickly and easily 💻.

Joining Skyscanner means becoming part of a global brand that's striving to become the planet's go-to travel hack accessible for all 🌍.

Our vision? To be the world's number one travel ally. (Ambitious? 💪 Yes, but, hey, that's what got us here)

About the role
Hybrid

This is your chance to shape how travellers discover and book package holidays-without the headache. As our Commercial Manager, Packages, you’ll sit at the intersection of partnerships, performance, and strategy, owning a portfolio of partners and helping them (and us) grow smarter, faster, and better.

Think of it as part relationship-builder, part dealmaker, part data detective. You’ll be unlocking new opportunities across markets, improving our offering, and making sure our packages product is as competitive as it is compelling. In short: you’ll help turn “maybe I’ll book it later” into “booked it already.”

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning partner relationships: You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of packages partners, building strong, lasting collaborations that deliver results.
  • Being the go-to contact: You’ll act as the main point of contact for partners-keeping communication smooth, proactive, and productive.
  • Expanding our supply: You’ll identify and onboard new partners, boosting coverage and making our offering even more irresistible.
  • Negotiating smart deals: You’ll lead commercial discussions, securing terms that work for both our partners and our travellers.
  • Driving performance through data: You’ll analyse partner performance, spot opportunities, and take action to improve outcomes.
  • Optimising key metrics: You’ll monitor KPIs like conversion, competitiveness, and ROI-then fine-tune for maximum impact.
  • Collaborating across teams: You’ll work closely with Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to bring partner initiatives to life.

About you

  • Commercially savvy: You bring experience in travel (bonus points for packages) and know how to spot-and close-a good opportunity.
  • Partnership pro: You’ve successfully managed and grown partner relationships, turning connections into results.
  • Data-driven thinker: You’re comfortable diving into data and using insights to guide decisions (and win arguments).
  • Strong communicator: You know how to influence, align, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams and levels.
  • Self-starter energy: You don’t wait for direction-you get moving and make things happen.
  • Highly organised: You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the (beach) ball.
  • Curious and solution-focused: You ask smart questions, challenge the status quo, and always look for better ways forward.
