Gopuff is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Growth team as a CRM Executive (Braze), primarily focused on the design, implementation and iteration of our CRM strategy and fully owning our marketing campaigns. As part of the team, you will report to the Retention Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Your primary focus will be on designing CRM lifecycles and campaigns, implementing and analysing them to continuously iterate, to make sure they’re contributing to our key business metrics, such as, customer acquisition, retention & reactivation. You will also be responsible to plan and execute our seasonal customer communications based on different trading events or specific campaigns agreed with our vendors, while having the opportunity to work together with many other areas within the business.

You Will:

  • Plan and execute UK’s CRM strategy
  • Write brief and copy for 360 CRM flows (email, push notifications and in-app messages) for continuous CRM lifecycles as well as one-time campaigns
  • Be an expert in data targeting, segmentation & analysis - pulling it, manipulating it and interpreting it
  • Measure performance of our CRM activity on engagement metrics, as well as key business metrics
  • Continuously iterate and experiment on different CRM initiatives
  • Improve CRM practices by enhancing segmentation, targeting, personalisation and performance reporting
  • Implementation of new Braze functionalities eg. Whatsapp
  • Collaborate with category management, commercial planning teams to plan one-time CRM campaigns and execute them
  • Conduct post campaign reporting, pulling out the most interesting lessons and using these to guide your future ideas

You Have:

  • Strong relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years CRM experience
  • Technical knowledge with Braze executing CRM campaigns (with email, push, and in-app message)
  • Familiarity of HTML / CSS (ability to understand where changes need to be made)
  • Data proficiency - you've used tools like Excel/GSheets, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • SQL knowledge is a great plus
  • Creative and commercial mindset to design relevant campaigns
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to think critically
