Gopuff is seeking a HRIS & Compensation Administrator to support the HRIS & Compensation strategy. The individual will join the People+Culture Team base in Philadelphia HQ. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the configuration, setup, and management of the Workday and HR data
  • Support in entering, updating, and maintaining HR-related data such as employee updates, compensation details, etc. in Workday, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Utilize ServiceNow to resolve tickets by acting as a point of contact for basic Workday issues, assisting end-users with navigation and resolving system issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing market compensation data to help recommend adjustments and ensure competitiveness in the marketplace
  • Help prepare and analyze compensation-related reports, including salary surveys, compensation trends, and pay equity reports
  • Provide support for compensation-related initiatives, such as bonus plans, stock options, or incentive programs, as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc and routine reporting as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field desired
  • 1+ years as Compensation or HRIS administrator
  • 1+ years of experience using Workday as an administrator

Additional Skills/Experience

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets using advanced formulas such as (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and be able to present analytical data in an easily understandable format
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and be able to use independent judgment in new and challenging situations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretionAbility to work cross-functionally with various departments
