The Gravity Sketch platform is accessible across VR and web-based applications allowing users to integrate GS seamlessly into their workflow.

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and hands-on team of marketers that are constantly learning, and upskilling from one another. We’re on the lookout for an ABM / customer marketing specialist who isn’t afraid of taking new approaches to marketing motions for target accounts and is happy to get into the weeds to figure out exactly how we can help them achieve success with Gravity Sketch. This is a varied role with the opportunity to build on existing marketing skills as well as push the boundaries of creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and implementation of marketing strategy for target accounts:

  • Conduct account-specific research

  • Craft adapted messaging tailored to each focus account, persona, and journey stage

  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, operations, and marketing, to drive the execution and measurement of impactful programs

  • Ensure regular communication of metrics and program status with key stakeholders, and actively engage in the analysis, innovation, and measurement of program effectiveness based on performance data

  • Create and adapt personalised content experiences that directly address account pain points

  • Identify and organise target events for Gravity Sketch to have presence at

    • Understand the events that key industry players are attending and how we should raise our profile within them

    • Support existing customers in raising the profile of Gravity Sketch at their internal events

  • Identify and execute on opportunities to tell customer stories

    • Work with other areas of marketing and account executives to develop stories that resonate with other customers and promote the positioning of Gravity Sketch

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience including account-based or customer marketing, preferably in an early-stage SaaS startup environment. Any previous experience in events / field marketing is a plus!

  • You have demonstrated ability designing and executing ABM or customer marketing strategies that tie the goals of sales with the amplification of marketing initiatives

  • Data-driven: you can show results and communicate program effectiveness based on performance data, feedback from sales, and understanding of business goals.

  • Team player: you take initiative when it comes to documentation, sharing knowledge, and getting input on programs from teammates and stakeholders

  • Self-driven: able to hit the ground running and execute quickly once we have aligned on a plan. Self-driven to learn, to set targets, and able to work under limited supervision.

  • Content creation: you have content creation experience and are able to follow brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Nice to haves

  • Any basic video editing skills

  • Avid interest in design and understanding how different products are made

  • Experience working closely with a product team

Please note, we have a studio in Brixton, London where the team has the option to work from. It would be great to have someone in this role that is able to work from the London studio regularly, although not essential. We can also consider applications from those who can work remotely from the UK or EU
