Demonstrating exceptional communication skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships across various job functions and hierarchical levels (National Sales and GSO).
Employing a proactive problem-solving approach and standardising processes, e.g.
- case prioritisation instead of FIFO to support the Sales org more efficiently
- cross-country working team for faster resolution and better workforce flexibility
- developing a feedback framework for non-GSO stakeholders to provide satisfaction ratings for work undertaken by the National/Enterprise Sales support team
- implementing an escalations/feedback form for MO/CO/CS to facilitate feedback and improve case resolution
- etc.
Project and task management: creating SOPs, distributing responsibilities and defining timeframes for various teams.
Taking responsibility for coordinating and managing the team's activities on a daily basis, fostering a productive and cohesive work environment.
Providing consistent coaching and constructive feedback to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, driving creative solutions.
Creating clear and specific goals that align with organisational objectives.
