• Managing approx 10-15 employees

• Usually within 1 country or business line

• Working closely with the country management

• Training of employees

• Contribution to centralized projects/initiatives

• Back-up for colleagues in similar positions in MC/BD/IB

In order to match this position, the incumbent must manage inside/telesales representatives who are responsible for the sale of advertising, media campaigns, and/or digital display ads to new and existing clients.

Administers/designs the inside internet/online ad representatives’ sales incentive plan. Trains, mentors, coaches, and supervises inside sales staff. Has thorough knowledge of the organization’s products/services. Prioritizes and allocates resources. May work across functions to enhance sales channel performance. Responsible for advertising sales revenue targets, market development, setting targets, and ensuring that revenue is generated. May analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
