About the Team: As part of our HR team, you'll work directly with the founders and team leads to build exceptional teams. You'll be instrumental in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and processes during a period of significant growth. Our team values creativity, efficiency and a data-driven approach to finding, attracting and retaining world-class talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across research, engineering, operations and other key functions

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires

  • Collaborate with department and team leads to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on best practices

  • Utilize innovative sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates

  • Maintain and expand a database of potential candidates

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Input, iterate and improve on our hiring processes, tools and practices

  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated success in hiring for diverse roles including technical positions

  • Strong track record of hiring in fast-growing, international technology companies

  • Solid technical recruiting, combined with versatility in hiring across different functions. Understanding of the AI/ML talent landscape would be a clear plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers at all levels

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex recruitments simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Experience with modern recruitment tools and sourcing techniques

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

  • Proactive and results-oriented attitude and a strong level of curiosity

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

  • Fluent in English. French language skills are a plus

Location:

  • H's teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US

  • This role has the potential to be fully remote or hybrid for candidates based in cities where we have an office - currently Paris and London

  • The final decision for this will lie with the hiring manager for each individual role
