About the Team: The Product Engineering Team is committed to ensuring the successful implementation of our Agents platform for Web Automation. The platform will empower a wide range of professionals, from Web Testing engineers, who ensure websites behave as intended, to automation professionals, who automate data collection and interactions on complex websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• QA Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and continuously refine the QA strategy, ensuring our AI product’s outputs align with typical CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

  • Translate feedback from enterprise customers and QA professionals into actionable features on the roadmap

• Thought Leadership & Community Engagement

  • Represent the company at industry events, meetups, or webinars, showcasing our AI approach to QA

  • Produce content (blogs, articles) and form partnerships to grow our footprint in the QA community

• Enterprise Readiness & Deal Support

  • Support enterprise sales by advising on security, compliance, and integration requirements

  • Engage with prospective and current customers to translate needs into tangible product features

• Testability & Maintenance

  • Identify testing gaps and quality risks, proposing and implementing solutions

  • Oversee regression coverage, bug triage, and production testing to maintain high software quality

• Team Building & Leadership

  • Mentor and guide teams on QA best practices and foster a strong QA culture

  • Lay the foundation for future QA hires, defining roles and processes

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing within enterprise environments

• A product-focused mindset, ensuring solutions address real user pain points

• Team-oriented collaboration skills and the ability to lead by influence

• A high level of empathy and ability to connect with the QA community

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and knowledge of enterprise QA workflows

• A passion for staying current with emerging trends and technologies in AI and test automation

Location:

• H's teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US

• This role has the potential to be fully remote or hybrid for candidates based in cities where we have an office - currently Paris and London

• The final decision for this will lie with the hiring manager for each individual role
