About the Team: The Product Engineering Team is committed to ensuring the successful implementation of our Agents platform for Web Automation. The platform will empower a wide range of professionals, from Web Testing engineers, who ensure websites behave as intended, to automation professionals, who automate data collection and interactions on complex websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent QA

  • Test our Agent for Web automation in a variety of scenario featuring our enterprise customers’ needs

  • Collaborate with the QA and AI teams to identify patterns in test failures

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes by collecting relevant trajectories that our Agent might currently fail

  • Track and follow up on identified issues

• Data collection

  • Record and document problematic test cases and system behaviors using command line in-house tools

  • Maintain detailed records of testing scenarios and their outcomes

Requirements:

• Basic technical knowledge including comfort with command-line operations, scripting (Python)

• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to work

• Excellent documentation skills

• Outcome-driven mindset and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done

• Patient and thorough in executing repetitive tasks

• (Optional) Previous experience in QA processes for AI or software development would be an asset

Location:

• H's teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US

• This role has the potential to be fully remote or hybrid for candidates based in cities where we have an office - currently Paris and London

• The final decision for this will lie with the hiring manager for each individual role
