The role

The day-to-day

• Shape and execute our market strategy, vision, and roadmap for current and future air defence programmes
• Anticipate market trends and client needs to create new business opportunities
• Take end-to-end responsibility for complex defence programmes – from early-stage engagements to highest-quality delivery
• Independently manage and lead programmes in close collaboration with government customers, industry partners and internal stakeholders
• Own strategic campaigns, managing all activities and actions required to deliver in line with Helsing's strategic goals
• You will report directly to our Air Defence Domain Leadership

You should apply if you

• Bring a proven track record of diverse experience (sales and delivery) across the defence industry, government, or related professional services
• Have proven experience working on complex sales and/or bid campaigns within the defence industry
• Hold deep domain expertise within defence, air defence, military, or the intelligence community
• Possess a university degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant subject, including but not limited to Political Science, International Security, Business Administration, Data Science, or Aerospace Engineering
• Take ownership of complex challenges and demonstrate initiative in driving strategic programmes to successful completion
