Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in selling travel products to join our dynamic sales team.

You will be responsible for driving revenue sales growth for Holidayme, by establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other B2B partners. The ideal candidate would be from a travel distribution background, with a proven track record of selling to travel agents across the Oman and a deep understanding of the travel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the sales plan for the Oman market to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the B2B travel sector.
  • Work closely with management to devise sales plan including strategies for product, pricing, and other commercial engagement terms with clients.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, including pricing, terms, and contract renewals, while maximizing profitability and maintaining competitive market positioning.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates regularly to track performance and communicate progress.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our travel products.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through self-learning, training programs, and participation in industry-related workshops.

Experience required:

  • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a travel distribution platform, selling travel products such as hotel accommodations, vacation packages, flights, car rentals, and other related services to Travel agencies across oman
  • In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including current market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Self-starter and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with B2B clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our travel products.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Availability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Must have a valid oman driving license and own vehicle.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
