Role Description

As a contracting manager, you will ensure onboarding and developing & Maintaining a high-quality portfolio of hotels for HolidayMe in the UAE market as well as other regions.

This will involve a direct approach, negotiations, and contracting with chains as well as individual Hotels, onboarding of the property in HolidayMe eco-system through static contracting, online integrations or Channel Manager connectivity, maintaining the contracts, ensuring 100% fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities / Job Function / Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong portfolio of directly contracted hotels in the UAE. Represent the brands of HolidayMe and its Group companies and demonstrate the business potential to secure partnerships.
  • Negotiate the best rates, allocations, commissions, and special conditions and benefits with all contracted hotels.
  • Facilitate the contract management and onboarding of hotel partners through dynamic channels and the Extranet.
  • Ensure that contracted properties are promoted by coordinating with Product, Business, and Marketing teams.
  • Perform extensive price benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and availability of inventories.
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure that promotions and stop sales are up-to-date.
  • Assist the operation teams and ensure 100% fulfillment of all bookings with contracted hotels. Ensure SLA and Customer experience standards are adhered to.
  • Build continuous relationships through regular visits to contracted and potential partners.
  • Ensure payment, invoice collection, and reconciliation are done promptly.
  • Provide the necessary performance reports in terms of portfolio of customers, business growth targeted vs actual, payables and receivables, competitor analysis, and market trends.
  • Utilize the technology and use the right tools to serve the objectives above.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and other trade events.

Must have

  • 8+ years of proven experience in hotel contracting with significant experience in static and dynamic contracting.
  • Network of connections and relations with individual hotels and chains in the GCC region.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
