University Students pursuing a bachelor degree. Assists in various tasks aligned with their field of study, including research, collaboration on team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking to gain hands-on experience and develop professional skills. Includes internships, research roles, visiting scholar positions, or other program-related opportunities.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Science & GenAI Intern to support analytics and AI-powered enhancements within our customer support portals. You’ll use data insights and emerging LLM capabilities to improve digital self-service, reduce customer effort, and differentiate support experiences across service tiers.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze portal usage patterns, case data, and search behaviors to identify friction points.
  • Build dashboards and reports to support digital experience decisions.
  • Prototype GenAI features (intelligent search, summarization, recommendations).
  • Support prompt design, model evaluation, and documentation.
  • Benchmark industry trends for digital support and premium services.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI / Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with Tableau/Power BI
  • Basic understanding of customer support workflows

Impact/Scope:

  • University students actively enrolled in a university/college/institution pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study, and who typically works during school breaks and then returns to their university. While this applies to most interns, there may be opportunities for full-time students to work as part-time interns during the school year in some countries.
