Graduate Technical Solutions Specialist
Are you passionate about technology and eager to launch your career in a customer-facing technical role? We’re seeking a motivated recent graduate to join our team as a Graduate Technical Solutions Specialist. In this entry-level position, you will work closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, support solution design, and contribute to technical proposals — gaining valuable industry experience and building your technical skillset.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions aligned with product capabilities.
- Support the development of technical proposals, presentations, and Statements of Work (SoW).
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Learn and become proficient in the company’s technology portfolio, including digital solutions, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security offerings.
- Support designing tailored solutions that meet customer business objectives.
- Use company tools and best practices to support proposal development and project documentation.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the team in managing escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Who You Are:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Excellent English skills
- Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of hardware components: PCs, laptops, servers, storage devices, and networking equipment (switches, routers).
- Basic knowledge of servers, storage, and networking devices: their main components and functions.
- Understanding of virtualization concepts, including what virtual machines are, their purpose, and the importance of the host machine’s resources.
- Awareness of virtualization management tools like VMware or Hyper-V, and why they are used.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented, flexible, and a team player.
- Eager to learn and develop technical skills in hardware, networking, and virtualization.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Prior internship or project experience in a tech environment is a plus but not mandatory.
