This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program (12 months). Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers you a highly dynamic, fast-paced, professional working environment and the chance to develop the skills you have gained at university in a real business environment. During your internship you will not only apply these skills in the IT industry, but also acquire a range of abilities to contribute to the business whilst working alongside industry professionals. Throughout the program, you'll have regular training and one-to-one meetings with your manager. Working together, you'll set goals and plot your development. And with our open-plan offices and friendly working culture, you'll have the chance to learn from senior managers who can help you in your future career.

Location: Bratislava - Hybrid working model

What you’ll do :

  • Supporting with digitalization and automation of reporting processes.
  • Reporting, planning, data analytics and coordination of tasks
  • Preparing/editing documents and presentations
  • Searching, collecting and evaluating information from different sources
  • Communication with internal and external partners
  • Administration support

What you’ll need:

  • Being full-time student enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program in Economics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or similar field
  • Excellent communication skills English and Slovak
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Passion for process automation
  • Advantage is knowledge of Microsoft Power Tools – Power Automate and / or Qlik Tools and / or Python
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
