Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of products. This role is pivotal in managing our D2C and B2B operations, ensuring seamless warehouse management, and maintaining excellent relationships with logistics partners. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in eCommerce, extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, and proficiency in relevant software and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

Analyze and forecast market trends to anticipate supply chain needs.

Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.

D2C and B2B Operations:

Oversee and optimize D2C and B2B supply chain processes.

Manage order fulfillment and distribution for both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels.

Ensure efficient warehouse operations and inventory management.

Procurement and Supplier Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.

Order Management and Systems:

Implement and manage order management systems, with specific knowledge of Unicommerce.

Utilize ERP software to streamline supply chain operations and data management.

Ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.

Logistics and Courier Management:

Manage relationships with logistics and courier partners.

Oversee logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Financial and Documentation Management:

Handle financial documentation such as debit notes and credit notes.

Manage B2B, P2P, and GRN processes.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliations and reporting.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance.

Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Use data analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3-4 years in a senior role.
  • Strong background in D2C/eCommerce and warehouse management.
  • Proven experience in both B2B and D2C operations.
  • Awareness and experience with Unicommerce and order management systems.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and tool.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics partner management, including B2B, P2P, GRN processes, debit notes, and credit notes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of Excel and data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
